We only offer exchange within 3 days of delivery in case of a damaged, defective, or incorrect item received.

To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be unused, unworn, in its original condition, and with all tags and packaging intact.

Please note that slight variations in color, lace, embellishments, or fabric appearance may occur due to lighting, photography, or screen resolution and will not be considered a defect.

Stitched/customized articles are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

Sale, discounted, and promotional items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.

To request an exchange, please contact us within 3 days of delivery through our WhatsApp or email with your order number and clear pictures of the issue.

Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Afzal Cloth House reserves the right to refuse any exchange request that does not meet our policy conditions.
